• Accomplishes IT team results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
• Assist IT Manager in maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
• Directs technological research and implementation by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
• Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments as required.
• Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
[Requirement]
o More than 3 years experience in leading IT team, in similar business field (e-commerce or retail) is a plus
o Familiarity with Database (MS SQL Server, MySQL, etc), Experienced in ERP, Good knowledge in web
o Basic knowledge in server and network
o Should be capable of working in a process oriented environment
o Quickly understand the business issues and data challenges of client's organization and industry
