Additional Job Information
- Responsible directly to operational activities include sales, HR management, administration and billing
- Conduct preliminary audits to identify & mitigate risks and ensure operational activities are running as per compliance procedures & compliance
- Facilitate employees in regional areas to discuss target issues, exchange corporate information, discuss operational issues, etc.
- Ensure in response to consumer demand accurately, fast & reasonable
- Establish a network aimed at enhancing the presence & reputation of regional offices & NFSI
- Maintain the schedule / schedule of employees to meet operational needs
- Conduct an assessment of market conditions for identification and marketing opportunities
- Responsible for cutomer base growth, consumer relationships with corporate business both through internal and external marketing programs.
- Develop and improve the company's business and customer relationships
- Following market competition & reporting market movement & penetration
- Developing forecasts (forecasts), financial targets and business plans of the company
- Meet the goals & targets of company achievement
- Manage budget & budget allocation appropriately
- Managing credit losses & deliquency rates in each region
- Ensure payment of debts delinquent by consumers can be managed properly
- Managing difficult situations with clients and providing solutions for them, options of information & additional options
- Work together for recruitment, training & retention process
- Make the personnel of each area work well by providing training, coaching, development & employee motivation program
Sharing knowledge with other satellite offices to build effective and competitive performance in accordance with the business opportunity & business needs of the company
- Follow company's ethical standards & comply with all applicable legal requirements
- Maintain the confidentiality of the information obtained
- S1 all majors
- Experienced around 10 years
- Experienced in the same industry as a sales / collection / branch head
- Can implement strategies from HO in each functional office
- Have experienced in Global conmpany (overseas)
