Job Description
• Make a strategy for customer success
• Manage CCCM (Cross Channel Campaign Management) like marketing automation & CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
• As analyst of user behavior and make a scenario or strategy of customer success journey
• Manage Customer Success Team
Requirements
• 5+ years working experience as customer experience planner in digital field
• Experience in managing project
