Job Description
Responsibilities :
To manage our new development center. (Around 10 person at first)
To manage QCD of multiple software development projects. (Web based business system, Mobile apps for Android and IOS etc.)
To coordinate among user department, management and any stakeholders to define system functional / nonfunctional requirements.
To manage multiple vendors in the development center.
To manage office facilities and human resource.
Requirements:
- Age: Around 35-40
- More than 10 years in IT industry. Mobile apps development with Agile and Scrum.
- Manage more than 10 people as subordinates.
- Prefereable from System development from finance company
