Job Description
'• Verifies purchase requisitions by comparing items.
• Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price, making export & import documents
• Obtains purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers; communicate to shipping company for goods delivery, monitoring and expediting orders.
• Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered; resolves shipments in error with suppliers.
• Authorizes payment for purchases by forwarding receiving documentation.
• Provides purchasing planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and check regulation relating to import goods.
Requirements
• Male / Female, Maximum 28 years old.
• Should be D3 in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing
• Min 2 years working experience as purchasing from mechanical/electrical company, automotive, electrical, chemical, steel
• Good communication in English
