Job Description
'• Strategise and implement sales plan for both project and retail businesses
• Lead and drive the sales team towards acheiving company objectives
• Ensure the sales revenue and gross margin are met based on annual budget
• Develop strong and good relationships with clients (Property Developers, Installer, Architect, interior Designers, etc.)
• Ensure the Estimating team provide accurate, reliable and timely estimation
• Proactively seek and develop new business opportunity
• Keep in close contact with regional team to establish good synergy
Requirements
'• Recognized degree.
• Major in architecture, engineering or business administration is preferred.
• More than 5 years of relevant experience in sales of aluminium product as Director or General Manager
• Proven record in driving Project sales and has experience leading a sales team.
• Good in Selling Skill, able to do English communication & presentation skills.
• Management reporting skill.
• Strong integrity, independent, self confident and be able to engage and communicate with people at all levels.
• Able to travel regularly within Indonesia.
