Junior Manager of Trade Marketing - Foods Industry

Additional Job Information

- Manage the point of sales materials (including budget, logistics, distriibution, etc) by finding the most efficient solutions
- Collaborates with marteing team to buils sales promotions and product commnication
- Collaborates wit marketing in order to have intelligence Market survey
- Supports local teams in the execution of the activities and in achieving their sales and budget objectives, while ensuring the desired product benefits and brand values/equity are properly communicated
- To supervise promotion team in order to implement Trade Marketing programs
- To ensures efficient spending of central budget and supervises the trade marketing spending
- Work closely with the retail & marketing team to ensure that trade marketing strategies are aligned with marketing objectives and sales revenue targets


- Male or Female
- Have a minimum of Bachelor degree or above in any discipline
- Have a minimum of 3 year experiences in Trade marketing or retail field
- Have 1 -2 year experiences in arranging event is preferred
- Have experiences in planning and developing integrated Marketing communication
- Have experienced in marekting children and /or mother's products
- Have experienced in working in a demanding environment
- Have good knowledge of merketing research is preferred
- English for both verbal and written is a must
- able to speak Japanese is preferred
- Excellent in using Ms. Office
- Able to be placed in Cikarang Barat (Cbitung)
