Job Description
The IT Business Process acts as the liaison between business unit and IT on his/her departments, completes business cases in support of projects, participates in or facilities business process modelling and research efforts, and acts as consultant and reviews all document on project teams.
Essential Function:

1. Act as liaison between IT and Business Units
2. Participate in Business Process Modelling session
3. Conduct interview and perform analysis to create business case for projects
4. Conduct pre-eliminary investigation for all project request
5. Participate in business process management group effort
6. Participate in root cause analysis to recommend product enhancements
7. May act as Project Manager on some projects
