Estimation(QS) Manager or AM - Construction

Job Description

Manage and organize estimation calculation for project tender and procurement policy for project procurement to meet as in project budget plan
・Managing and organizing estimation for project tender purposes to support marketing/project
・Managing and organizing project estimation schedule for tendering purposes
・Managing and organizing procurement policy and process to ensure cost expenses meet project budget
・Communicate and negotiate with sub-contractor/ suppliers to ensure cost and material deliverance meet with project budget and schedule
・Organize safety awareness in taking out material quantity which meet with in-house standard quality
・Reporting to Project Manager

Requirements

・Diploma 3 in Accounting or Management
・Highly analytical thinking and technical expertise
・Good knowledge of MS Office
・Ability to speak English business level
・Outstanding communication skills
・Excellent organizational and time-management skills
・A team player with leadership abilities



・At least 2 years experience as Store Keeper, Procurement, Estimation (QS).



・Detail oriented
・High standard oriented
・Team player
