Project Manager - Construction

Job Description

Manage and organize the whole project progress including project schedule, project budget, construction quality result and safety management system to ensure that project meets the expected target

・Manage and organize project progress from starting point, work progress and hand offering to client
・Manage and organize project cost management to ensure profit feasibility
・Healthy and Safety Environment (safety management system)
・Schedule coordination and communication with all stake holder in project site
・Reporting to Project Director/Management

Requirements

・Bachelor degree in Civil engineering or relevant field
・In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
・Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
・Good knowledge of MS Office
・Ability to speak English business level
・Familiarity with construction/ project management software
・Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
・Excellent organizational and time-management skills
・A team player with leadership abilities
・Has engineering certification will be an advantage



・Proven experience as construction project manager, at least has 5 years experience as PM



・Detail oriented
・High standard oriented
・Team player
