Job Description
[Responsibilities]
- Manage and execute the customer service strategy
- Provide high quality technical services both for software and hardware to customers, partners dealer, and other engineer
- Analyze and clarify customer queries though troubleshooting and researching existing knowledge base article/known issues
- Provide report to management after services
- Provide product training to agents and customer base on schedule
- Manage and making plan for technical support departement
- Communicate with Head Quarter in Japan
[Requirement]
- Max. age is 35 years old
- Hold Degree (S1 or D3+) holder in Electrical/Mechanical/IT majoring
- Min. 3 years working experience of Sales/Marketing in similar position, preferbly in Inkjet Printer
- Pleasant personality and can represent the company to corporate and individual clients
- computer Literte is a must, Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N3/N2) and conversation to business in english
- Able to work under pressure
[Desirable Requirement]
- Having experinece in digital printing company will be advantage
