Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise Export Import operations and ensure customs clearance process are carried out properly
- Handling incoming and outgoing shipment including shipping documentations (PEB/PIB, BL/AWB, COO, Invoice/PL and supporting letter to customs) for all overseas, local and subcontracting.
- Contact forwarding agent and customs broker ( PPJK/EMKL) to meet on time delivery
- Coordinate with internal and external department
- Control overall freight expenses including trucking, ocean and air freight efficiently
- Handling export import matters and resolve various customs issues within Bonded Zone
Requirements :
- Have working experience in as EXIM Supervisor/Assistant Manager at least 5 years in any industry
- Have strong Ex-Im knowledge
- Have strong Leadership
- Able to communicate in English both verbal & written
- Able to operate computer min. using MS Office
- Willing to work in Semarang
