Job Description
"• Responsible in product development
•The process of selecting vendors for raw materials and packaging according to Company requirements
•conducting a trial in the R&D laboratory and production, make product. supporting documents, facilitate sample requests from sales & BD
• This role also includes the development of both existing products and new products, control raw materials, quality, food safety and 5S appropriately. Implement company policies regarding EHS, GMP, HACCP, FSSC Sanitation and 5S programs or other policies of the company and its work environment.

Requirements
"Candidate must possess at Diploma/ least Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experienced in food product development, have experience at bakery filling company or chocolate company is better, Quality Management Systems, ISO & Internal or External audit.
Understand on Jam, Spread or Custard process expertise, Halal, HACCP in Food manufacturing, Good Manufacturing Practices.
Microsoft Excel, Words, Powerpoint, English languages skill (Speaking & Writing) and or Japanese.
Willing to be based in Cikarang Area.
