Branch Manager (Semarang) - Financial Service

Job Description
Responsibilities
• Generating new business and maintaining existing accounts through active involvement in the marketing process as well as expansion of the business network at branch area.
• Leads branch marketing team to achieve stretching sales targets.
• Analyze profit & loss of sub-ordinates under his/her supervision.
• Work with team in Head Office to provide products and solution to the customers

Requirements
• At least Bachelor Degree from any discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in senior level position, especially in heavy equipment/machinery/industrial vehicle financing
• Good command in English (written and spoken)
• Willing to be placed in Semarang
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels
• Can do attitude and a team player
• Have good relationship and competent of dealing with people

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Result oriented with strong commitment
• Communicate with confidence and able to influence others
• Possess inherent drive and motivation to do the job well
