Warehouse Staff - Manufacturing

PMA Jepang field in gypsum manufacturing, located in GIIC Deltamas.

Job Description
1. Create daily report, update daily actual quantity report, update trucking schedule and any repot related to warehouse and logistic department
2. Collect DO and PO, than prepare to accounting department to create invoice
3. Control shipping and ensure that container is arrive on time and save
4. Communication and negotiation with client and forwarder to ensure the delivery is running well and to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
5. Supervise orders are arrange stock of product and equipment to ensure they meet need, also control goods in and out
6. Manage inventory control process, coordinate and monitoring supply chain operations
7. Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, etc
8. Arrange and manage warehouse area to ensure all goods and stock is save and on the right place

Requirements
1. Male/Female, age min 25yo – 30yo 2. Education min. D3 any major
3. Experience min 3years in the same field (Logistic / warehouse Staff) 4. Understand all procedure about stock inventory, trucking arrangement, delivery schedule and calculate material for production
5. Familiar with Invoice, DO (Delivery Order) and PO (Purchase Order)
6. Know how to handle and process claim from customer
7. Establish good communication with customer, forwarder, warehouse team and related department
