Job Description
• Checking documents prepared for Signing Contract process
• Checking fullfillment for issuing Purchase Order process
• Checking fulfillment for Disbursement process
• Checking fulfillment for Post Disbursement process (such as Early Termination documentation)
• Collateral documents management (agreements, invoices, BPKBs, insurance, etc)
• Conducting periodical self inspection
• Checking fulfillment for regulatory reporting such as SLIK and others, if any
• Attending weekly meeting to discuss pending documents collection progress
• As liaison between Board of Directors, Management (particularly General Managers) and other department heads, with main objective is to solve inter-department problems
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Economy or Management or Engineering.
• Experience minumum 5 years as Manager for Bussines Suport Department
• Having Master degree in Business or equivalent from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.50 / 4.00 would be an advantage.

• Financial analysis
• Economic condition and industry in general
• Understand financing business regulations
SKILL :
• Good communication skills in English (oral and written)
• Good command of Microsoft office
• Good networking skills
• Good presentation skills
• Able to deal with higher level executives
