Job Description
Purpose of the position:
ERP Functional Consultant who can handle a large project: including capturing, analyzing, and managing client’s requirements.(We are mainly focusing on Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 for Finance and Operations)
Responsibilities:
• Analyze customers' keypains and requirements and provide solutions either using ERP system or other workarounds
• Control project scope by reconciling customer needs and project constraints (Quality/Cost/Schedule).
• Provide functional expertise of ERP solution (Configuration / Customization / Upgrade / Maintenance of ERP system).
• Create designs, testing scenarios, assist user during User Acceptance Test execution.
• Build and keep a good relationship with customers in various division/organization to achieve project goal.
• Work together with sales team or technical team to conduct pre-sales activities like preparing proposal documents, demo scenario and leading a meeting to attract potential customers.
• Deliver presentation of proposals with demonstrations to clients.
• Establishing maintenance flow of developed system after Go-Live and keep the system stable and meeting customer’s expectation.

During system development phase
• Design information systems by determining customer’s requirement and collaborating with IT specialist inside and outside of the company (partners)
• Prepare system design documents with which programmers are able to execute coding without any discrepancies. Validate testing result to ensure all requirements are delivered.
• Complete the system development process, satisfying quality, productivity and deadline of the project.
