Requirement
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance / Tax
- Minimum 2 years of experience in trading company as Finance, Accounting or Admin
- Familiar using Accurate
Responsibilities
Finance
- Manage Cash Flow
- Petty Cash
- Monthly Record Bank Statement
- Proceed payment of supplier, salary, and tax.
- Release invoice and tax invoice
- Record and manage Account Receivable
- Follow up payment from customer
- Record & report VAT
- Assist audit process
HR & GA
- Manage salary (calculation, payment, release payment slip, etc)
- Manage BPJS (calculation, payment, reporting, etc)
- Company Gathering
- Staff recruitment
- Office Supply
- Driver Arrangement
