Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Handling export import process until documentation and reporting to Deputy Manager
2. Developing & Implementing an export import compliance program
3. Perform purchasing activities & control outsourcing/partner activities
4. Control account payable for purchase items & control outstanding PO cooperation with vendors & users
5. Arrangement monthly meeting with partners (outsourcing) & control shipment
Requirement
- Have knowledge and experience with Export & Import regulatory and compliance, minimum 2 years experience, in Manufacturing Company
- Good in negotiation skill, influencing skill, and analytical skill
- Good communication in English
- Ready to be placed in Karawang area
- Have working experience in Japanese company will be advantages
- Able to work under pressure, communicative and high initiative
