Job Description
・Do recruitment activity considering the contract period of employees. [Including checking employee's back grand]
・Perform payroll accounting
・Dialogue well with employees and formulate organizational system
・Explain management's decisions etc. to employees in an easy-to-understand way
・Management of cleaning service, planting, security driver etc
※There is no Labor Union so this position need to seek employee's opinion
Requirements
・Possess a great humanity trusted by employees
・Ability to speak English above Business level
・Able to work in weekends [Few days in a year]
・Proven working experience in HR & GA department
・Experience above HR manager position in Manufacturing company・Working experience in Japanese company [Seems there are a lot of punctual person]
・GM experience
・Working experience in Karawang [Know native people around Karawang]
・Reliable person from employee, Punctual person
