Senior IT - Financial Service (Jakarta)

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor all IT infrastructure: servers, network equipment, cabling, PABX, CCTV, Company's website, connectivity running well on Head Office, branches and Service Points, ensuring infrastructure is optimized and future capacity is undertaken with keeping security aspect in place
- Maintain and monitor all servers within organization including branches running with smooth operation
- Maintained and advise the necessary update to the IT policy related with infrastructure. This including control, implementation, socialization of process and procedures and guidelines in accordance to the policies
- Work together with internal and external Audit team for better IT operation and management
- To manage the IT infrastructure security, including physical access to IT infrastructure, remote access, network security, file servers, data backups and ensure the secure return or disposal of IT equipment containing data, and ensure end point protection running at the latest security data definition
- Ensure server room operates smoothly: cabling, air conditioning, UPS, electricity, fire extinguisher
- Maintain and support of third party application, interfacing application
- Maintain and monitor IT asset, licenses and ensure IT assets are comply with license
- Coordination with internal team and supplier for any issue or any system requirement, including support service, consultation, negotiation, change management, finding solution in accordance to the budget
- To do research and recommend of any necessary changes of infrastructure that is required for better operation or to provide solution of the problem
- Ensure proper documentation of IT infrastructure
- To manage infrastructure in line with the Business Continuity Plan of Disaster Recovery
- Having goof temper, character, personal, interpersonal and presentation skill and willing to undertake any additional task as requested

Requirements
- 5 years experience in IT infrastructure, preferable from Financial services or banking industry
- Experience in handling Servers: Windows Server 2016, Windows Active Directory, Windows Update Server, Symantec end Point Protection Server, IBM Notes, Web Server, Linux Ubuntu, preferably also understand in AS400
- Experience in managing Network: Cisco router, Cisco switch, preferable also understand VPN, Fortinet products, PABX, VOIP
- Database Administrator: SQL server, preferable also understand DB2/400
- Client software, Windows, Ms. Office, preferable also understand Lotus Notes
- Security: Symantec End Point Protection, Firewall, email security, Encryption, Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
- Email system : IBM Notes
