<Job Responsibilities>
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
- Maintain s organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes
- Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
- Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions
- Maintain employees' benefit programs
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource Indonesian government requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource and other company policies and procedures
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
- Maintain human resource staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Negotiate with labor union to improve company benefit and employee’s working environment
- Provide general supporting activities such as the administration of company regulations; legal documents and permits; factory & office cleanliness; and company transportation
- Cost control on administrative expenses and control of fixed assets of the company
- Do planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures for IT team
- Complete projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments
- Preserve assets s by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures
- Recommend IT strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements
- Supervise and manage subordinates
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 7 years as HRGA with 5 years of experience as Assistant Manager and 5 years of working experience in manufacturing company
・Experienced in HR Management, recruitment, benefits administration, performance management, communication process, compensation, wage structure, employment laws and related, organizational development
・Able to analyze and interpret complex documents, respond effectively to sensitive inquiries, write speeches and articles innovatively, Create persuasive speech and presentations on controversial or complex topics to various audience
・Responsible, good leadership, good interpersonal skills, persuasive, smart
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
・Master's degree
・Experienced in handling IT
・Working experience as manager for 2 years
