<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Support Finance, Tax and Accounting function
<Job Responsibilities>
- Handle month end account reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
- Prepare financial statements and consolidation schedules to meet reporting requirements under external / internal audit, headquarter in Japan reporting
- Assist financial audits
- Liaise with consultants
- AR/AP monitoring
- Handle petty cash
- Cash flow monitoring
- Support tax (PIB, WHT, VAT)
- Control invoice from suppliers
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Diploma degree in Accounting or related
・Conversational English proficiency
・Min. 2 years in finance, accounting and tax in automotive company / SPM
・Able to use SAP
・Analytical, hard working, highly motivated, initiative, honest and detail oriented
・Residing in Cikarang, Cibitung or Bekasi area
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Own Brevet A&B certification
