<Job Responsibilities>
*Job detail will discuss in Interview
• Analyzing designs and drawings to gain a thorough understanding of the project
• Determining what factors of production will influence the cost
• Preparing material estimates and cost estimates
• Developing and maintaining relationships with company vendors and contractors
• Managing bids and tenders from vendors and contractors from start to end
• Using bid data to prepare detailed a cost analysis
• Presenting prepared estimates to management and other stakeholders
• Compiling and recording actual costs
• Other related tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Diploma degree in electrical engineering
・Min. 5 years' experience as Electrical Engineer in construction industry
・Min. 5 years' experience in Design Estimate
・Able to read technical drawings (AutoCAD 2D/3D)
・Understand types and specifications of electrical material
・Able to calculate material needs from given technical drawings
・Communicative in English
