- Handling administrative work, filling documents related to HR & Legal
- Understand about Labor Law
- Understand system of BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
- Create and prepare work contracts for new employees, companies and customers
- Carry out the recruitment process
- Carry out the process of inputting attendance, overtime and payroll data
- Other related tasks as assigned
・Min. 2 years experience as Admin HR Legal staff in Manufacturing industry
・Able to operate Microsoft Office
・English verbal and written ability
・Discipline, diligent, and able to work under pressure
・Can work with a team, and have good communication
・Can join as soon as possible
