[Job Description]
Editorial management of the website on gifts/presents curation media.
Be responsible in the growth of the media in Indonesia - by manning writors and maximizing the number of articles on the web media.
In details;
 1. Recruit the subcontracting writers
 2. Manage the writers to write enough number of online articles
 3. Plan and execute customer strategy for raising a number of visitors（page views）to the website.
 4. Report in remote to the managerial board in Singapore
Required to work highly independently without micromanagement - so self‐reliance, autonomy, strong discipline and moral is required for this position.


[Requirements]
・Have strong passion and enthusiasm to grow the new media in Indonesia 
・Good command of English (oral and written)
・Skills to remotely manage multiple writers
・Can make commitments to the KPIs - KPIs are number of subcontracted writers and articles posted.
・Outstanding self-discipline and autonomy to control oneself under remote management
・Marketing skills is preferable
（For example, you have experienced planning a customer strategy for raising a number of page views by managing a website like facebook, google and so on.）
①Job experience in managing writers to write online articles.
　（Except for the experience in simply translating articles.）
②Job experience in writing online articles.
