Staff Service Engineer of Medical Equipment

<Job description>
1. Review and comprehend Company medical and healthcare equipment;
2. Establish and maintain ongoing positive relationships with customers;
3. Conduct periodic preventive maintenance activities on customer's installations;
4. Monitor, identify and proactively resolve any ongoing and recurring issues;
5. Prepare and provide pre-sales and/or post-sales technical support to distributors and customers 
including commissioning, installing, testing and maintaining products, equipment and systems;
6. Research, evaluate and recommend new products or equipment upgrades that will meet customer needs;
7. Prepare and propose the service contract to the installation customers;
8. Comply with national and local regulations and safety standards as well as technical and operational 
guidelines from HMC (Company Medical Corporation);
9. Properly maintain and calibrate all tools and test equipment;
10. Plan and execute Field Safety Corrective Action;
11. Maintain and update monthly service reports;

<Requirement>
• Minimum 2 years  working experience as Service Engineer in CT and MRI maintanance
• Knowledge of healthcare industry and trends
• Diploma(D3) or  Bachelor Degree(S1) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or its equivalent
• Proficiency in computer skills in MS office
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently and in a team
• Able to work overtime

6 mio - 10 mio (Gross)
