Responsibility
'- Responsible In bencmarking lcoal and overseas supplier
- Responsible in issuieng Purchase order and monitoring until delivery
- Monitoring & arrange shipment
- Liase with shipping agent for delivery arrangement , documentation that concedes with shipments and importation policy are responsible for maximizing space capacity and coordinating schedules with the warehouse
- Spot Import compliance risks and come up with the risk assesment measures
- be up to date on regulatory changes , adapt appropriately and filling import document accordingly
- Interact & Liaise with related divisions for purchase demands
- Handle Logistic issue
Requirement
Minimum 1 year Experiences in Exim or Logistic
having knowledge about import , Familiar with Bill of Lading , Comercial Invoice and packing list
Willing to work in bekasi area
Having experience work in japanese company ( Preferable )
