JOB DESCRIPTION
- Able to do design by oneself and also manage the constuction project in site, in the electric engineering field
- Maintain team member on the project site
- Acknowledge and receive report about Electrical Installation
- Updating the project schedule
- Controlling web-based Project Management Control System (PMCS) and project procedures
- Preparing reports suitable for the needs of the Owner and the Project team
- Control the project budget, cost and cash flows
- Doing field inspections and Prepare daily construction reports and assist in preparation of Monthly Reports
- Review variation orders for both consultants and contractors.
REQUIREMENT
- Min 3 years experience of working as Electrical Engineer in Construction Company
- Familiar with the system of M&E High Rise Building Construction
- Has knowledge about various construction methods and materials, installation, and procedures
