仕事詳細
- Control and manage raw materials inventory to ensure availability and quality standards.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with suppliers and headquarters in Japan to facilitate smooth operations and maintain strong relationships.
- Oversee export and import processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and efficient logistics management.
- Monitor and manage purchase orders (POs) and deliveries to ensure timely receipt of materials and goods.
- Conduct monthly and annual budget control activities, ensuring expenditure aligns with financial targets and objectives.
- Assist in the documentation process for the purchasing department, ensuring compliance with ISO9001 and halal standards.
- Other responsibilities as needed
・Bachelor's degree in any major
・2 years of experience as Purchasing Assistant Manager or 5 years of experience as Purchasing Supervisor from manufacturing company
・Business Japanese proficiency (JLPT N3) & Conversational English proficiency.
