- Manage the newly established tax and accounting department, overseeing its operations, budget, and resources.
- Develop and implement departmental strategies and initiatives to support the company's growth objectives.
- Work closely with senior management to align departmental goals with overall company strategy and objectives.
- Oversee tax and accounting outsourcing services for corporate clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of services.
- Handle complex tax and accounting matters on behalf of the company, including tax planning, compliance, and reporting.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on tax-related issues, including tax audits, investigations, and disputes.
・Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., Master's, MBA) is a plus.
・USKP (Ujian Sertifikasi Konsultan Pajak) qualification holder C or B is required.
・Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in tax and accounting
・Experience in managing tax and accounting matters for corporate clients.
・Prior experience in handling tax audits and providing advisory services to clients.
・Demonstrated experience in team management, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
・Experience in a consulting firm or similar professional services environment is highly desirable.
・Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and accounting principles.
・Fluency in both written and spoken English.
