- Responsible in company's production department.
- Handle process management including manufacture, product's quality, company equipment, etc.
- Including operational development and improvement.
- Internal member training
- New products (Ordered by Automotive maker ) management (Development and Preparation for mass production)
- Other duties as assigned
・Production experience in Automotive manufacture + Resin Production Manufacture
・Expert in the design process and product improvement.
・Experience in management schedule for new product launch.
・More than High conversational level English
