- Identify and target potential customers within the building materials industry.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients, ensuring a consistent pipeline of prospects.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand market trends.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, project owners, and other key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Organize and participate in networking activities, trade shows, and industry events to expand professional network and enhance company visibility.
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve sales goals.
- Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to refine sales strategies and stay ahead in the market.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.
- Mentor and guide the sales team to enhance their performance and achieve collective sales targets.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to sales representatives.
・Minimum of an Associate Degree (D3) in any field.
・At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the building materials industry.
・Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
・Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
