<Job Responsibilities>
- Leads the testing effort and take ownership of the documentation of all QA process and results
- Liaises with clients to understand the business issues, processes and organization requirements.
- Assists to prepare and review the business processes, requirement and functional specifications based on the proposed solutions to prepare appropriate test cases
- Reports, tracks and monitor any issues raised by clients and ensure the issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Communicates closely with client and manage the client expectations and deliverables.
- Works closely with the technical team and project manager to ensure successful delivery of the projects according to the schedule.
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Diploma in Computer Science or similar
・Min. English in Business Level Proficiency
・Min. 6 years experience as business analyst in IT solutions or SaaS company, with 4 years in managing end to end projects, experienced in QA Testing and UAT
・Willing to travel overseas if needed
・Not a Job Hopper (stayed in a company around 3 years)
・Critical thinking, target oriented, and good communications
