- Provide expert technical support to technicians and customers regarding generator sets.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in generator sets and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Assist technicians in the field with complex electrical problems and provide on-site support when necessary.
- Design and conduct electrical tests to ensure the reliability and performance of generator sets.
- Develop test procedures and protocols to evaluate the electrical systems of generator sets.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on findings and recommendations.
- Design and construct control panels for generator sets, ensuring they meet all relevant standards and specifications.
- Work with the panel-making team to assemble and test control panels for generator sets.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues related to control panels and electrical systems in generator sets.
- Develop and propose electrical solutions for complex problems in generator sets.
- Estimate the cost of troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades for electrical systems in generator sets.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and provide them to customers for approval.
・Minimum associate's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
・Min. 1 year experience in electrical engineering, (focus on generator sets and control panels)
・Experience in designing and constructing control panels for generator sets.
・Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and testing procedures.
・Can assemble electrical panel
・Fluent in English both spoken and written
