仕事詳細
- Manage the CS (Export-Import, Trucking, Billing) Division
- Formulate and develop policies, plans, and work programs to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of EXIM operations
- Coordinate and ensure EXIM staff adhere to the EXIM Quality Management System
- Develop KPIs for each EXIM division, review achievements, and resolve occurring issues
- Periodically and objectively assess subordinates' work performance and seek to enhance their abilities
- Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team
- Maintain positive relationships with Customs and Excise Agencies, CFS Warehouses, and Port Managers to ensure smooth EXIM operations
- Perform other related tasks
- Min. bachelor's degree in Logistics, Land/Sea Transportation, or related field
- Min. 10 years of experience in handling CS (Export-Import, Trucking, Billing) matters, including 3 years in a managerial position at a logistics company
- Proficient in business-level English
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Responsible, has high awareness, and quickly responds to any issues
