Mandarin Speaker Project Manager - Factory (Contract)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Act as the representative of the owner to fulfill the contract
- Project preparation and management
- Oversee on-site management, coordination, organization, and supervision to ensure that construction quality, safety, and progress meet the required standards
- Manage the daily operations of the project department, prepare weekly/monthly management reports, and regularly report the project's progress, special events, and situations to senior management
- Facilitate communication and coordination related to the Indonesian project, including cooperation with owners, shareholders, local suppliers, and subcontractors
- Oversee the phase acceptance, final acceptance, and handover of the project
- Handle the archiving, organization, storage, and handover of project documents
- Manage the project's finalization and assist the cost department with project settlement-related tasks
- Oversee project maintenance and related warranty work, ensuring the implementation of warranty period repairs and the management of warranty fund returns
- Other responsibility as needed

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in Engineering
・Business Mandarin proficiency (able to coordinate with Chinese Management)
・Min. 5 years of experience of Project Management with at least two complete construction projects as owner or as a contractor
・Familiar with the entire project management work flow, knowledgeable in construction quality, progress, cost, and safety control processes,
・ Well-versed in relevant policies and regulations, possessing the professional knowledge required for the position, and strong project management capabilities
・Strong communication and learning abilities, able to effectively coordinate relationships among users, contractors, and participating units
