Factory Manager-Medical Devices

<Job Responsibilities>
1. Production Oversight:
- Plan, organize, and oversee the production process to ensure timely and efficient production of pharmaceutical products.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet production targets and deadlines.
2. Quality:
- Ensure all production activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance department to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.
3. Inventory and Resource Management:
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials and supplies.
4. Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and present production reports to senior management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and documentation.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with other departments, such as Quality Assurance,
- Quality Control, Supply Chain, to ensure alignment and coordination.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to
ensure clear understanding of production goals and expectations.
- Other responsibilities as needed


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
・English high conversation level or above.
・Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing as Factory manager
