<Job Responsibilities>
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed regional sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and manage sales budgets for the region.
Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and distributors.
-Address customer needs and concerns to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
-Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Sales Operations:
- Monitor and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company goals.
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales for the region.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or Medical & Biological related field.
・English conversation Level or above.
・Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing for respiratory anesthesia
・Familiar with local market.
・Good leadership, good communication skill, smart.
