Supply Chain (SCM) Manager - Manufacture

- Coordinate with Marketing, Distribution and Production for target production with supply targets in time, to reduce / control the inventory of materials / finished good from becoming absolute.
- Analyze historical data of product dispatch.
- Analysis of production yields against BOM requirements.
- Approve PRs based on material requirements.
- Ensuring adequate supply of all materials.
- Forecasting of all materials for procurement.
- Reviewing forecasts of all RM and FG items.
- Monitoring of all inventories during production process.
- Liaising with purchasing team on delivery of all materials.
- Generating inventory data to finance team.
- Ensuring accuracy of product movement both internally and externally.
- Investigating production problem and material order delay.
- Coordination with related departments to solve problems.
- Generating production and material tools to monitor the stock progress (in making sure continuous production and product delivery to outlets).
- Other tasks as assigned

・Min. bachelor's degree in engineering
・Experience min. 10 years in PPIC field
・Experience as Supply Chain Management (SCM) manager min. 5 years
・Experience in chemical related manufacturing experience min. 3 years
・Knowledge and experience in ERP software for managing supply chains
・Leadership and problem-solving skill
・Fluent written and spoken English
