<Job Responsibilities>
- Provide specialized instruction and support in product use
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions for clients
- Create comprehensive training modules and tutorials
- Customize engaging training sessions and easy to understand materials
- Conduct product demonstrations and answer technical questions
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in IT
・Business English proficiency (able to speak fluently with foreigners)
・Min. 5 years as IT Product Trainer for Application use, experienced in making modules and engaging training, experienced in making modules for Distribution Management System
・Willing to do business trips
・Good communication skill, good work ethics, creative, able to motivate others and good organizational and problem solving skill
