Material Manager - Plastic Injection

<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage the material dept for plastic injection.
- Material processing with plastic material
- Color for plastic injection process, handling color matching and troubleshooting process.
- Make sure of plastic material testing standards for physical tests and chemical tests.
- Develop sustainable plastic raw materials
- Make material tracking & traceability report.
- Manage and maintain material turnover ratio stock.
- Manage subordinates and ensure material flow is used properly
- Improve standard operation procedures and working instructions.
- Using digitalization to design reports and processes that lead to simplification and enhanced business planning.
- Create and maintain company’s supply chain strategy for material, analyze data from material forecasting and operation.
- Manage activities of material department to achieve company KPIs.
- Other responsibilities as needed

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in Engineering
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 5 years as Material Manager or similar, handling analysis, process, quality, and waste control for plastic injection
・Familiar with Polyamide and Thermoplastic Polyurethane and overall plastic injection knowledge including the troubleshooting, coloring, and extrusion processing
・Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
・Strong leadership, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
