<Job Responsibilities>
- Develop, implement, and maintain personnel systems including benefits, compensation, and salary grade structures.
- Collaborate with management to design HR strategies
- Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring the placement of high-quality candidates across various departments.
- Oversee career management initiatives, including promotions, transfers, and succession planning.
- Design and manage personnel evaluation systems to assess employee performance and development needs.
- Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and career growth strategies.
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Oversee attendance management systems, ensuring accurate timekeeping and compliance with labor laws.
- Supervise payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments, and handle employee inquiries related to payroll.
- Act as a liaison between the company and labor unions, addressing employee concerns and negotiating labor agreements.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Implement and monitor safety and health programs, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Possess bachelor's degree from any major
・Having minimum as SPV/Assistant Manager 3 years in Japanese Manufacturing Company for HR functions (Plan for HR strategy and execution, Recruitment & Training, Evaluation, Payroll, Compensation & Benefit)
・Have experience of project management / leading related to HR systems (Such as benefit & compensation & salary grade design.. etc)
・Advance conversational up English skill level
