仕事詳細
- Evaluate and analyze the Quality Issue and necessary activities to achieve the Company’s target by using available resources in the department.
- Review Quality reports from the QC Product and SNI Test reports to the Manager, General Manager, Director, Once a month in Quality Meeting.
-Report and give recommendations for solving any Quality problems faced internally and from Customer.
-Evaluate, finalize decisions and resolve Internal QC Product Problem.
-Controlling What Engine Durability Test and Also Measurement.
-Giving Education to All subordinates related to Quality issue and Safety Issue
-Joining for Safety Committee and also Safety Maintain once a month.
-Establish and maintain specific work goals and assignments, and quantitative and/or qualitative work standards to be achieved by designated subordinates.
-Evaluate the performance of designated subordinates. Document and discuss present and past performance, and set expectations for the desired performance level in accordance to the Company’s performance management system.
-Concept for Developing multi skills for QC Product Operator (Final Inspection and Engine Testing) every Fiscal Year.
-Ensure the Product Base on Customer Standard (ISO, SNI, TIS, etc)
-Answering Claim maximum 30 days, after Formal Receive.
- Other tasks as assigned
・Bachelor's degree from Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
・Min 5 years as Assistant Manager experience in Production Quality, Final Inspection Test, SNI Test
・Minimum 7 years’ experience in manufacturing businesses, especially in quality control management.
・Good skills and experience in quality measurement and control process, understanding in FMEA, SPC, PPAP, and MSA.
・Good knowledge of the ISO 90001 series and SNI related to manufacturing businesses.
・Experience in principle of direct and indirect combustion engines, part manufacturing, casting, forging, injection, stamping, painting, plating, 7 tools and troubleshooting skills, etc
・Experience the use of measurements such as Torque, Gauge, CMM
・Experience and skill in coaching and training will be an added advantage.
・Prior experience in the Agriculture, Manufacturing or Machinery industries will be an added advantage.
