<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage the finance, accounting, tax, HRGA team, supervise and improve the team
- Manage and check the financial reports and journals
- Handle and manage cost accounting, expense management, and cost analysis
- Lead accounting team and control the company's costs, and determine the cost budget and expected profit based on the company's operating conditions.
- Regularly prepare cost analysis reports, and provide relevant information and suggestions on costs and expenses based on the results of cost accounting and analysis, provide the base for the company's management decisions
- Process, checking, and Prepare payment for payroll calculation
- Do weekly report to Head Office abroad
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in Accounting
・Min. Business Level English proficiency (able to communicate with European foreigners for business purposes)
・Min. 6 years of experience handling Accounting, Finance, Tax, with at least 3 years in Managerial level, managing a team, experienced in doing payroll and manage administration, in a foreign company
・Excellent communication, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Own Master's Degree in Accounting
