Accounting Manager - Engineering Manufacture (Cilegon/Serang)

Responsibilities:
※ Would like to doing all of accounting activity in a company, not using the third party company near future. [Currently, using professional finance & audit company to make some statement and report.]
※ This is general responsibilities for Manager. But will be commanded depend on the person how much can work.


・Every month and end-year process. [Making and reporting some statement for that.]
・Managing daily operations of the accounting department [Daily Cash Flow, Cash management, etc...]
・Deal with audit projects (annual audit, internal audit)
・Enhance Internal control according to the compliance policy of the company
・Reporting to Japanese about the financial statements. [B/S, P/L, and so on.]
・Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
・Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles by ourseles. [Not rely on to third party company.]


Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree, majoring in Accounting
- Accounting work experiences at least 5 years.
- Be able to journal payment and withdrawal.
- Be able to distinguish construction cost and general and administrative expenses.
- Be able to aooropriate with amount of sales when should do. 
- Be able to claims and obligations management.
- Preferable domicile in Cilegon or Serang.
- Language capability of Business English or Conversational Japanese.
