Job Title: Financial Controller - Autoparts
Reporting Line: Finance Director
Work Location: MM2100, Cikarang Barat



In charge of Accounting and tax division, Account payable division, Account receivable and collection division and treasury division and management reporting
Act as financial controller
• Supervise cash management activities.
• Monitor and control accounts receivables.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, financial packages, and other informational reports/analysis for Management and shareholder.
• Develop and monitor policies and procedures within generally accepted accounting principles and corporate guidelines to ensure sufficient cash flow, reduced operating costs, and increased revenues.
• Ensure underlying accounting records are accurate, complete and in accordance with GAP.
• Control Tax Management.
• Prepare summaries and forecasts for future business growth and general economic outlook by monthly quarterly yearly and 3 years plan. Involve on costing process.
• Review and do analysis of monthly operating reports for accuracy, completeness and major variances between actual and budget results.
• Coordination with Sales Marketing and Distribution Department and give financial point of view regarding company activity (such as: sales activity, exhibition, promotion, delivery process, stock calculation, monitoring target and achievement, etc.) Maintain good relationship with distributor.


'• Male / Female with a minimum of 37 years old
• Have a minimum of S1 degree in Accounting
• Have a minimum of 10 years related experience in a manufacturing environment, manage financials manufacturing accounting systems, standard cost accounting, budgeting and treasury
• Strong Leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• In depth knowledge of financial, MRP/ERP and integrated accounting systems
• Proficient in MS Office, with advanced excel skills
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Coordinate annual audit of the Company with external auditors, set and prioritize goals and objectives for direct reports and themselves
• Perform analysis on various company projects and plans and provide alternatives and recommendations
• Liaise with legal representation on corporate issues. Review of legal contracts as requested
• Establish and maintain relationship with banks, EDC.
• Ensure adequate insurance coverage is in place, thereby minimizing risks
• Review standard costs, including appropriate overhead allocations
• Periodic review of product margins and advise management as necessary
