仕事詳細
Responsibilities
- Perform all the medical action such us infusion, blood withdrawal and etc
- Work as part of health care team to assess patient needs, plan and modify care and implement intervention
- Assisted the patient to go trough all the medical procedure inside the clinic and during the referral hospital visitation.
- Maintaining reports of the patient medical record and monitoring the change in their condition.
- Coordinating with physician and other healthcare professional for creating and evaluating customized care plans.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as Nurse
- Have experience working as Nurse in Japan
- Having valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi)
- Able to communcate in Japanese and English (Spoken and Writtent)
- Willing to work in SHIFT schedule
