Work details
- Review and advice management on all business contracts with third parties
- To coordinate performance of the function of corporate planning, business planning of the BOD to achieve the mission of the Division
- Ensuring the company's business activities and implementation in line with the internal policy and the company target
- Providing clear and strategic legal advice to BOD or business unit on all legal issues
- Advicing the management regardgin any policies and/or regulation changes that impact to the business
- Max 45 years old
- Have a minimum of S1 degree in Law or equivalent
- Have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in related field
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent
- Good understanding on Labor manufacturing
- Good understanding on Government policy and regulation
- Good understanding in manufacturing business process
- Able to build relationship with all stakeholder internal and external company
- Have strong analytical on Management and problem solving skills
- Able to work underpressure
- Willing to work in Cikarang
- Have experiences in manufacturing industry.
