<Job Responsibilities>
◆ Sales admin work
-Making Purchase order& order confirmation(manual & system)
-Making Schedule delivery, form delivery sheet, follow process delivery
-Prepare documents for Invoice
-Checking imports documents, prepare shipping documents
-Checking shipping schedule
-Input shipment & follow up process
-Checking Invoice from vendor and send to customer
-Controlling and update data stock at warehouse
- Exim work
◆ Communicate with Japanese headquarter
◆ Other related tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・1 Year experience as sales admin in trading company or Experience as Kenshusei
・Minimum SMK in Business Administration or Accounting
・Good skill in MS.Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
・Japanese (Good communication level)
・Willing to work in Lippo Cikarang
